If you’re all about picturesque mountains, white claw, and bridal capes (like we are) then you’re going to absolutely love today’s elopement! Alli & Che had an elopement ceremony with us at the Valley of Fire State Park this Summer. Although the temps were hot, this couple braved the Las Vegas Summer heat with a few white claws after their ceremony to celebrate.
I would describe our wedding as perfect, intimate, simple and filled with love.
The proposal was an extra special day, we had been in Ireland for 7 days before he actually proposed. We were at a beautiful location in Ireland called The Giant Causeway, it is a unique location and I was so excited when he nervously got down on one knee and asked me if I wanted to marry him, of course with shock, tears in my eyes and a big smile I said yes!
Before we were engaged we always talked about a normal traditional wedding, but once he proposed we both thought about how we do not want to be flustered and stressed with planning of a traditional wedding. We thought of all the ideas a complete elopement, a court house wedding and just a family elopement style wedding. We visioned a small wedding that was unique and where we were able to focus on each other and the love we have for each other. Our vision defiantly came true on our wedding day.
The planning process was the easiest and best thing, we came across elopement Las Vegas instagram page and contacted them to get an idea of how everything worked and we knew this what we wanted to do and all we had to do was show up! Emily answered any and every question we had and made the process so easy, this helped with the planning process because we could easy email and get a response so fast.
Wedding dress was from AandBe Bridal, the dress maker was Made with Love Bridal, overall I chose this dress because of the detail and the amazing wing attachments that made the dress completely something I had never seen before. Grooms suit, We wanted something that would be relaxed and easy for him to wear. After searching on pinterest and instagram for hours we found the two tone combo, this was hard to try and buy because we had to by the pieces secretly and when COVID hit we had to order everything online. His jacket was Mens Wear-house and his slacks were Express.
Our wedding day will forever be a memorable moment in our lives, from the first look, to walking down the aisle and the valley of fire forever giving our day a gorgeous backdrop.
Our advice to other couples is to not stress over a big wedding and do a small intimate wedding because at the end of the day your wedding is about you and your partner. If the thought has ever crossed your mind just do it because it allows you to be so relaxed on your wedding day and lets you remember that the day is between you two and no one else.
