If you have spent any time comparing Las Vegas elopement options, you have probably noticed that the word “package” gets used very loosely. Some companies list a handful of line items and call it all-inclusive. Others keep the details deliberately vague until you are already three emails deep in the booking process, and then the add-ons start appearing.

I started Elopement Las Vegas because I got married myself and experienced exactly this. The photographer delivered photos that missed the mark completely. My bouquet showed up in the wrong color. The vendor left out details I had assumed were part of the deal. Nobody bothered to flag what actually mattered to me. That experience lit a fire under me, and it is why ELV operates the way it does. You deserve to know exactly what you are getting before you hand over a deposit.
Every ELV elopement and micro-wedding package is genuinely all-inclusive. That means photography, florals, your officiant, ceremony coordination, location permits and site fees and more. All bundled together with no surprise line items at the end. Here is exactly what that looks like across our package tiers.
Head to the ELV website for our full package details. But this post walks you through exactly what each all-inclusive elopement and micro-wedding tier bundles in, and just as importantly, what it leaves out.
“All-inclusive” is a term that gets stretched a lot in the wedding industry. At ELV, it means something specific: every package, whether you are planning an elopement or a micro-wedding, includes the core elements of a complete ceremony, bundled together from the start. No base price with a long list of paid upgrades. No surprise fees when you are 30 days out. Here is what every ELV package contains, regardless of tier.

Photography sits at the core of every package because it is non-negotiable. Your photos are what you take home from your wedding day. What you show your family, hang on your wall, and look at for the rest of your life. ELV works exclusively with experienced photographers who know our Las Vegas locations well. And every gallery comes professionally edited and delivered digitally within four to six weeks of your wedding.

Your officiant builds your ceremony around a questionnaire you fill out before the wedding. Tailoring the tone to your relationship, whether that reads traditional, heartfelt, or a little more relaxed. No generic script, no stranger winging it at the altar. ELV offers both religious and non-religious ceremonies, and couples who want to write their own vows are absolutely welcome to.
After your ceremony, ELV’s officiant files your Nevada marriage certificate on your behalf. Standard processing takes approximately 10 business days, with an expedited option available if you need it sooner. One less thing to track down after the wedding.
A dedicated coordinator manages the logistics of your wedding day. Arrival timing, setup, vendor flow, and keeping everything running smoothly so you do not have to think about any of it. You show up ready to get married. The coordinator handles the rest.

Every package includes a custom bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere designed around your color palette and aesthetic. These are not pre-made generic arrangements. Our trusted florists create your florals made to match your bouquet inspiration, the sky is the limit

This one trips couples up when comparing options elsewhere. At locations that require permits, like Red Rock Canyon the permit fees and obtaining the permit are included. Nothing extra shows up at the end.
The Basic package is ELV’s all-inclusive foundation for elopements and intimate micro-weddings. Your package bundles everything: photography, officiant, coordination, florals, permits, and marriage certificate filing. Along with a welcome planning packet and a formal ceremony timeline once your permit is secured. Our packages are somewhat customizable as well, if you have a friend performing your ceremony, or a photographer from home traveling with you. We could deduct those items from your package. Many planning companies won’t allow outside vendors or deductions.

Photography at the Basic level runs 60 minutes of fine art coverage. For most intimate ceremonies, 60 minutes covers the full ceremony, group photos, and a solid couples session, genuinely enough. Need more time for a larger guest count or extended portraits? You can always add it.
A great fit for couples who want a streamlined, no-fuss ceremony. If you have your own post-wedding plans in mind, this is your package.
The Deluxe package is our most popular all-inclusive option for elopements and micro-weddings alike. Everything in Basic comes with it, plus a set of additions that turn your ceremony into a fuller, more celebratory experience.

Deluxe bumps photography to 90 minutes. More time to work the landscape, explore angles, and capture an extended couples session without anyone feeling rushed.
A custom-designed mini reception follows your ceremony as part of the package. That means a single-tier white cake, a champagne or sparkling wine toast, and the option for a first dance. Styled decor, a rug, pillows, and photo prop signage, creates a genuinely beautiful moment right there at your ceremony location. One of those additions that photographs extraordinarily well and feels surprisingly significant in the moment.
A portable sound system is also included. Choose your ceremony music and your processional, ceremony, and first dance all have the soundtrack you want.
Most popular for a reason. Everything is handled, the mini reception is part of the deal, and the day feels like a complete wedding from start to finish.
The Exclusive package includes everything in both the Basic and Deluxe tiers, with three additions that round out the experience:

Want every element of your wedding day handled at the highest level — including how you look and feel when you arrive? The Exclusive package is built for exactly that.
Being upfront about this is part of how ELV operates, so here is what is not covered:
This is entirely your responsibility, ELV cannot obtain it for you. You and your partner need to visit the Clark County Marriage License Bureau together in person (open 8am to midnight, seven days a week). You can pre-register online to save time. The license fee is $102 and must be secured before your ceremony.
Getting to and from your ceremony falls outside the package, and the reason is straightforward: transportation costs vary significantly depending on vehicle size and how long you need the rental. Certain locations might call for a three-hour booking, while a longer travel day could run closer to five hours, and pricing shifts accordingly based on the vehicle and company you choose. Rather than bundle a one-size-fits-all cost into every package, ELV keeps it separate so you only pay for what your day actually requires. What we do offer: trusted transportation recommendations that are easy to book, plus exact pickup and drop-off times so you walk into your wedding day with zero guesswork.
ELV is a ceremony specialist. We create a flawless ceremony experience, the celebration afterward is yours to plan. Las Vegas has no shortage of extraordinary options for a post-wedding dinner or evening out. Your welcome planning packet comes loaded with vendor referrals to get you started. We also offer a comprehensive restaurant guide, to help you find the perfect spot for your post ceremony celebration or your to visit list while staying in Vegas.
Only the Exclusive package covers getting-ready services. Basic and Deluxe couples arrange their own, but ELV provides trusted recommendations for Las Vegas hair and makeup artists who work well with our locations and timelines. As a general estimate, services typically range from $350 to $800 depending on the artist and the level of service you are looking for. We can point you in the right direction and help you figure out exactly what fits your vision and budget.
The honest answer: most couples, whether they are planning a two-person elopement or a micro-wedding with a small group, end up happiest with the Deluxe package. The all-inclusive mini reception creates a moment that feels complete rather than abrupt. After months of planning, having something to mark the end of the ceremony and the start of the celebration matters more than most couples expect before the day.
For couples with a clear vision of a streamlined ceremony, or those with specific post-ceremony plans they are handling independently, the Basic package is genuinely excellent, a fully all-inclusive ceremony experience, just without the reception elements.
Couples who want a fully turnkey wedding day, getting-ready coverage, the floral backdrop, the full luxury treatment, will find everything they need in the Exclusive.
