Nelson goes by a few names: Nelson Nevada, Nelson’s Landing, and Eldorado Canyon.  Located just 5 minutes from the Colorado River, Nelson Ghost Town rents kayaks and canoes as well as provides guided tours of the Techatticup Mine.  Today, it has become a beautiful collection of old buildings, barns, and vintage vehicles that make for the perfect picture background for your elopement or wedding.  

Valerie and Swen came all the way from Belgium to get married with us at Nelson’s Landing.  This sweet bride and groom have been together for the past 18 years and decided to finally tie the knot.  The best part….they didn’t even tell their children they were going to be getting married while they were here.  It was all going to be a surprise for when they got back home.
