Margaret and Les wanted to have a non-traditional wedding in Vegas, minus the cheesy Chapel feel. They are huge outdoor lovers and wanted a fun wedding to incorporate what they love! They had the best golden hour ceremony and she had a show stopping bouquet!
THE PROPOSAL
This was a simple one done at one of our favorite steak houses. We had already picked a ring out together but the actual proposal date was a surprise.
THE VISION
Since this was a second wedding, we knew we wanted it to be non-traditional and fun! There was no pleasing anyone as it felt this time we would do it our way and not the family way,
We visioned simple/fun/still classy and really wanted some nice warm weather – we always knew it would be Vegas. But after sorting through a few not so desirable websites offering elopements and the typical Vegas chapel wedding we needed to find an intimate and simple way to get married. Since we enjoy the outdoors we started looking at outdoor Vegas weddings and then came across pictures of beautiful red rock formations and we were hooked.
THE PLANNING PROCESS
I had spent countless evenings that turned into midnight scrolling the website for how to get married outdoors outside of Vegas. There were a few companies offering a Limo and Red Roses but not my style. Then came across Elopement Las Vegas – sent an email immediately. Once I received a repose form you it was like a saving grace coming to assist with all my issues for planning this Las Vegas Wedding.
YOUR OUTFITS AND ACCESSORIES
Bride – Dress by Grace Loves Lace – online out of Australia – amazing company. Stuart Weitzman Nudist shoes. Wanted a simple yet classy one of a kind dress. Ordered online and they make it to your size – all individually made just for your day. Beautiful French lace.

MEMORABLE MOMENTS
The whole wedding was wonderful. The weather was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. We were all so in awe of the scenery and how surprised at what a wonderful way it was to celebrate a wedding – was definitely a highlight. Simple and to the point.
ADVICE FOR OTHER COUPLES
I think its important to do what you want as a couple. Weddings always seam to be geared towards pleasing Family and not just looking at what is important. I think doing this for a second time later in life really lets you set those boundaries and to just do what appeals to you as a couple. The cost was minimal compared to a big fancy wedding as well – there are many other ways to spend your money.
