Let’s start with why it’s important that we have a partnership with the Valley of Fire State Park.

Our Valley of Fire Wedding and Elopement Partnership

Every Valley of Fire wedding requires a wedding permit that can only be obtained via an approved wedding vendor. Luckily, we have a partnership with the Valley of Fire State Park, and as one of the most experienced micro wedding and elopement wedding planning companies in Vegas, we can help you create the Valley of Fire wedding you’ve been dreaming of.

How to Plan Your Valley Of Fire Wedding With Us

We’ve had the pleasure of planning and executing several Valley of Fire weddings over the years and consider this one of the best off-the-strip locations for an intimate wedding or elopement. There are several unique spaces located throughout the Valley of Fire State Park, including the Seven Sisters and The Cabins. To help you, we’ve outlined the seven steps it takes to successfully plan a wedding at this location.

#1 – Getting Started

To get the ball rolling, we always invite couples considering a Valley of Fire wedding to first get in touch with us and share the basic details and vision for their wedding day. Doing so helps us have a clearer understanding of what it is you’re looking for.

#3 – Figuring Out Wedding Preparations

At this stage, the formalities are over, and we can jump straight into the fun wedding prep stage. During this time, you won’t have to make decisions alone. We’ll be there to help you find your dress, book your transport, and ensure you have your accommodation booked.

#4 – Securing Wedding Vendors

One of the main reasons why couples choose to work with experienced wedding planners like us is because of our extensive network of wedding vendors.

We can negotiate the best prices, help with the paperwork, and ensure you book the best vendors that can be relied on.

#5 – Getting Valley of Fire Wedding Permits

As we mentioned before, you will need a wedding permit to tie the knot at the Valley of Fire State Park. Luckily, we know just how to get that done, so you won’t have to worry about a thing.
