How Many People Should I Invite To My Vegas Wedding?

Space can be a bit tight when you’re having a wedding in the middle of Las Vegas Boulevard (watch out for the Elvis impersonator!) The last thing you want is to feel cramped during one of the most memorable days of your life. Because of this, we only allow up to 20 people for ceremonies held at the Boulevard location.

What Packages Do You Offer For Marriages On The Boulevard?

The packages we offer at Las Vegas Boulevard are the Basic Package and the Just Us Package. These packages have the smallest attendee options. Again, this is simply because of the size of the location and the room we have available for your guests. But don’t let the name fool you; these packages are anything BUT basic!

What Does The Basic Package Include?

You’ll get top-notch wedding photography, a wedding officiant, an official ceremony (religious or non-religious), permit and location fees, a marriage certificate, a wedding coordinator, a bouquet and matching boutonniere, and assistance coordinating transportation and day-of events. 

What Does The Just Us Two Package Include?

Just like above, you’ll get high-quality wedding photography, a wedding officiant, an official ceremony (religious or non-religious), permit and location fees, and a marriage certificate. Since it will just be the two of you, plus a witness, the entire day can truly be just about you as a couple. It’s intimate, personal and so very Vegas.

How Far In Advance Can I Reserve A Wedding Date On Las Vegas Boulevard?

If you’re a planner, you can reserve your wedding date on the Boulevard two years in advance. And you can book your ceremony for any day of the week! Remember that this is a popular wedding destination, so you’ll want to do at least a little planning to guarantee you have a spot. Plus, if you have people coming from out of town, you’ll want to ensure they have time to plan their transportation and lodging accordingly.

What’s The Best Time Of Year To Get Married In Vegas?

There are plenty of people who get married in Vegas throughout the year, so truly, whatever time works for you! Las Vegas typically has delightfully warm temperatures without being too hot. It’s always good to be prepared in case you feel a bit too hot or cold, so keep an eye on the weather the week of your wedding.

What Happens If There Are Weather Issues?

If you don’t mind singing those wedding vows at Las Vegas Boulevard in the rain, we’ll be right there with you (and will have fancy umbrellas just for the occasion.) If you want to save your satin and move the ceremony indoors, we can do that, too. However, if rain is in the forecast, we require you to decide if you want to move to an indoor location at least two days before the ceremony.

Do You Provide A Photographer, Or Do We Need To Bring One?

We’ll assign one of our outstanding photographers to your wedding after you book your package. After you’ve solidified your date, we’ll connect you with the photographer so you can talk more about your vision and ideas.
