How to a Plan a Bellagio Wedding with Us

And since we’ve partnered up with the hotel, we know everything there is to know about the ins and outs of a good Bellagio wedding. So, if you’re interested in having your wedding at one of the most exclusive spots in this spectacular property, here’s how:

#1 – Initial Inquiry

Once you’ve reached out to us, we’ll collect some basic information from you. It’s simple stuff like your contact information, wedding date, and guest count. We’ll also ask you a few questions about your vision for the big day.

This is all just so that we can get a better idea of what you’re looking for and how we can best serve you. There’s no commitment at this stage, so please don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re just starting to plan your Bellagio wedding.

After we get this information, we’ll email you a proposal within 24 hours.  This proposal will include a few different Bellagio wedding packages for you to choose from.

Once you’ve had a chance to look over the proposal, we’ll schedule either a consultation call or a Skype meeting with you. This is where we’ll go over all the details of your Bellagio wedding, answer any questions you may have, and start getting to know each other.

#2 – Ready to Book!

Once you’ve looked through our packages, choose the one that best fits your Bellagio wedding vision, and let us know. We’ll send you a contract to sign, and once we have that back, your Bellagio wedding date will be locked in!

Keep in mind that the contract is only made valid with a retainer in place.  Without it, we can’t assure you that the Bellagio wedding date or package you’ve chosen will be available when you’re ready to book.

#3 – Wedding Preps

Once you’re officially booked for a Bellagio wedding,  it’s time for the fun part —  wedding prep! We’ll be there with you every step of the way, from helping you choose the perfect wedding dress to booking your Bellagio hotel room.

We’ll even help you with the little details like wedding invitations and transportation. Need help with the marriage licenses? We’re on it! No detail is too small for us!

#4 – Vendors and Permits

Bellagio weddings are some of the most popular in Las Vegas, so we have a great network of vendors that we work with. Once you’ve chosen, we can book them for you and handle the paperwork. And because of our network, we’ll be able to get you the best prices.

We’ll also take care of all the permits needed for your Bellagio wedding. You shouldn’t have to worry about a thing on your big day!

#5 – The Planning Process

Once we have all the vendors locked in, the permits secured, and licenses acquired, it’s time for the real work to begin. Luckily for you, we’ll be doing most of the heavy lifting for this part.

We’ll create a wedding timeline and schedule so that everything runs smoothly on the big day. We’ll also be your point of contact for all the Bellagio wedding vendors.

This way, you can just sit back and relax, knowing that everything is being taken care of.

#6 – The Big Day

Finally, it’s time for your Bellagio wedding day! We’ll be there to help you get ready and make sure that everything goes according to plan.

We’ll send the final details a week before the big day. Our team will be onsite making sure your guests are comfortable and all the vendors are where they need to be.

We’ll also be available at your beck and call from the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave to answer any questions you may have and help with anything you may need.
